Sizing details
Each item will have its own size chart in both the photos and description.
***UNISEX*** Sizing for all tees & sweatshirts
Sweatshirts run about 1 size larger than typical women’s sizing.
It is HIGHLY recommended that you use the size chart if you are not sure which size to get. The easiest way to do this is measure your favorite fitting sweatshirt as shown in the size chart photo and pick the closest size.
Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?
Due to the custom nature of the item(s) we do not accept returns, exchanges or
requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific
requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective or damaged. To request a return, send us a message and photo within 3 days of delivery, documenting the defect.
Problem with your order?
Shop with confidence! We will IMMEDIATELY replace or refund any incorrect or damaged items! This even includes custom items like personalized phone cases or other personalized items. Just send us a message and we will take care of you right away. We pride ourselves on complete satisfaction and we always take care of our customers- we just ask that you reach out to us before leaving negative feedback, so that we may have the chance to take care of you :)

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
"BeverlyAndMain" is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.
If a package is lost or damaged you can send us a message.
If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
Custom and personalized orders
Please reach out to us if you have questions about customization or would like to customize an item that does not already include personalization. Please do so BEFORE you place your order. Items that include personalization such as personalized can coolers will be personalized in the format shown on the listing and in the personalization instructions.
If you are purchasing event items such as personalized bachelorette party shirts, the best way to make sure that your colors are matched as closely as possible is to
send a) photos or b) links to items or colors that you're trying to match. You can send photo attachments or insert links in our message conversation both before and after you place an order.
Care instructions
For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is
responsible for paying for re-shipment.
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to
send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. We do have a
photo proof package listing for purchase if you are interested. We also sometimes
share sneak peeks of customer items on our Instagram @beverlyandmain.
Each personalized product such as custom text candles includes a box to type your custom text. We highly recommend double checking your spelling, punctuation, and use of capital/lower case letters so that it appears EXACTLY as you want.
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item breaks in shipment, we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging, and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal.
**Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving
